Supporting and donating

In these very uncertain times, your continued support for the Museum is more important than ever. Covid 19 has put a financial strain on the Museum. We are a non-profit organisation that normally relies on ticket sales, member income and other sources. As we have temporarily closed our doors, these sources of income have all dried up. Please help us to safeguard the museum by becoming a member of the Light on The Sea Association to continue our passion for sea culture and coastal heritage. You can actively contribute to projects, research and/or cultural initiatives by renewing your membership, joining the Light on the Sea 2022 membership campaign or making a donation today.Our work continues, so we really need your help to get through this difficult time. Please consider making a donation, if you are able to do so, so that we can continue our work when our doors reopen.

Do you have a treasure in your home?
Do you have a maritime piece or object that has been in your family for generations? If you have such an object and wish to donate it, we would need to evaluate it first to make sure it is suitable for the museum's collection. We would be happy to meet you and see and feel your object.
